<p>Industry watcher forecasts, IT outsourcing market will rebound slightly in 2010. Outsourcing advisory firm EquaTerra found that more than 75% of service providers to report their third quarter of this year, the volume of business continues to increase, as compared with the second quarter, an increase of 10%, as compared with the same period last year representing an increase of 34%.</p>
